Job summary

Nexthink is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to deliver advisory and technical services for Nexthink products in a customer-facing role. You will work with stakeholders to define business challenges, design outcome-driven use cases, and drive adoption to improve digital employee experience and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting or advisory experience in a customer-facing services role in technology/SaaS.
• Ability to translate business issues into structured technical solutions.
• Experience in scripting and integrations (PowerShell, Python, JSON, REST API, LDAP, SSO, BASH).
• Strong data analytics and visualization skills using SQL/Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead recurring customer sessions to identify, prioritise, and design outcome-driven use cases.
• Drive consultative conversations to define business issues and remediation possibilities.
• Translate business requirements into structured solution designs with measurable outcomes.
• Guide customers in embedding Nexthink into service management and workflows.
• Develop dashboards, investigations, alerts, campaigns, and automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and maintain documentation.
