Nexthink, the leader in digital employee experience management software, seeks a DEXOps Architect embedded with customer IT leadership. You will identify and transform key workflows, redesign processes, and drive adoption of the Nexthink platform to deliver measurable business improvements.

With 5–8+ years in IT leadership and a strong background in IT operations and change management, you’ll collaborate across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align platform capabilities with client needs

Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years in IT operations, IT service management, IT strategy, or related enterprise IT leadership roles
• Expertise in IT operating models, process redesign, and organizational change management
• Track record leading cross-functional initiatives and securing buy-in from IT executives
• Ability to translate between technical IT language and business outcomes
• Experience with IT service delivery transformation or enterprise software platforms
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for structured sessions
• Experience operationalising SaaS solutions to deliver tangible business benefits

Aufgaben

• Identify and deliver customer business workflows with DEXOps as the foundation
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer processes, pain points, and dependencies
• Design workflow transformations that align with how IT operates
• Drive implementation and change management for adoption
• Secure executive sponsorship and named ownership for each workflow
• Execute quarterly customer health reviews with stakeholders
• Prepare and facilitate quarterly reviews with IT leadership
• Build breakage inventory and map downstream dependencies
• Score impact based on business criticality, detection time, and accountability
• Identify unowned dependencies and secure senior owners
• Track impact trends over time as a health signal
• Develop domain expertise in IT operating models and enterprise platform practices
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to align capabilities with workflows
• Mentor internal and customer teams on enterprise operations best practices
• Participate in account planning, EBRs, and strategic reviews
• Build and maintain executive relationships with customer C-level and senior IT leadership
