Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s or certifications is a plus.
• 7–10 years in procurement/sourcing with eSourcing experience.
• Proven experience with major eSourcing platforms.
• Advanced proficiency with Copilot and AI in procurement workflows.
• Working knowledge of coding and automation; prototype solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage sourcing events (RFIs/RFPs/eAuctions) across categories.
• Onboard suppliers, communicate, and evaluate bids within eSourcing tools.
• Support category managers with hands-on execution of sourcing events.
• Track savings, cycle times, and supplier participation metrics.
• Stay updated on eSourcing trends and propose enhancements.
• Act as super-user for eSourcing platforms and AI tools.
• Support implementation and rollout of procurement technologies (P2P, CLM, analytics).
• Provide training and day-to-day support to procurement users globally.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and vendors for system integration.
• Identify opportunities to automate and digitize procurement processes.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled use cases, copilots, and agents.
• Build lightweight automations and data workflows with IT/business.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems

Master’s degree or professional certifications a plus

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Job Description/Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven, hands-on and technology-savvy procurement professional to join our Global Procurement team at our global office in Lucerne, Switzerland as eSourcing & Digital Procurement Manager. This role combines tactical execution of eSourcing events with a strong focus on driving digital transformation initiatives across procurement.

The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operation of our eSourcing tools while also acting as a change agent in adopting and optimizing procurement technologies globally. The role will help advance AI-enabled procurement by identifying high-value use cases, building practical AI agents and copilots, and translating business needs into scalable digital solutions. ESourcing Operations & Support

• Design, launch, and manage sourcing events (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, eAuctions) across categories.
• Ensure effective supplier onboarding, communication, and bid evaluation within eSourcing tools.
• Support category managers and buyers with hands‑on execution of sourcing events.
• Track and report on sourcing performance metrics (savings, cycle times, supplier participation).
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in eSourcing technologies and best practices, and make recommendations for enhancements or upgrades as needed.

AI & Digital Procurement Transformation

• Act as super-user and subject matter expert for eSourcing platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua).
• Support implementation and rollout of new procurement technologies (P2P, Supplier Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, analytics tools).
• Provide training, guidance, and day-to-day support to procurement users globally.
• Partner with IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of procurement systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and digitize procurement processes.
• Identify, design, and deploy AI-enabled procurement use cases, including copilots and AI agents that improve decision‑making, user experience, and process efficiency.
• Build lightweight automations, integrations, and prototypes using coding or low‑code tools, APIs, and data workflows in partnership with IT and business stakeholders.
• Stay current on market trends in procurement technology and recommend improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s or professional certifications a plus).
• 7–10 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with a strong track record in eSourcing event execution.
• Proven experience with eSourcing platforms (Keelvar, Archlet, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua, or equivalent).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot and related premium AI capabilities, with the ability to apply them effectively in procurement workflows and drive responsible user adoption.
• Hands‑on experience designing, building, testing, and improving AI agents or copilots for business use cases, including prompt design, workflow orchestration, governance, and performance monitoring.
• Working knowledge of coding and automation, such as Python, SQL, APIs, scripting, or low‑code platforms; ability to prototype solutions and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to support technology implementation and adoption projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work across cultures and functions.
• Self‑starter with a result driven, hands‑on mindset and strong drive for continuous improvement.
