Givaudan in Vernier, Switzerland, seeks a Site Operations Controller Ingredients to provide financial support to the site operations manager and integrate finance into operations. You will be part of the Site Operations Management Team and will be based at the Vernier site.

You will drive cost analyses, support forecasting, and manage the annual budget, product costing, and investments. Fluency in French and English is required, along with strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or professional accountancy qualification.
• 5+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to simplify complex matters for business partners; strong communication.
• Fluency in French and English; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Provide finance integration into operations and support site-level decision making.
• Identify risks and opportunities; propose mitigation actions and ensure their execution.
• Drive the investment process within the site, validate business cases and follow up on investments.
• Manage the annual site budget and standard product costing; interface with Pricing on costing analyses.
• Participate in forecasting and long-term planning; support cost center reviews and cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee internal controls, ensure compliance with Corporate guidelines and clear processes.
