Unilever is seeking a Factory Controller in Thayngen, Switzerland to lead financial partnering, controlling, and planning for the site. You will shape the site's financial strategy, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and drive cost optimization while ensuring compliance with Unilever controls and audit requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Finance with a strong background in Controlling; Factory or Supply Chain Finance preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.
• Mobility to be based at Thayngen factory; willingness to travel if needed.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the Site Leadership Team to support achievement of financial objectives and identify performance improvements.
• Deliver in-year financial targets across cost, waste, and capex; own site forecast, cost governance, and annual planning.
• Drive long-term strategic planning for the site and guide leadership on key value items.
• Co-develop and implement cost-saving initiatives with Operations.
• Provide analytical support for prioritization using production costs, OLE losses, and waste data.
• Manage month-end/year-end closing, reporting, and accounting in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• Ensure robust on-site financial controls over inventory, fixed assets, and balance sheet integrity.
• Engage with the broader finance community to share knowledge and best practices.
