Givaudan in Vernier, Switzerland invites a Site Operations Controller Ingredients to support the local operations manager and ensure financial integration into operations, budgeting, costing, and investments at the site.

You will deliver interpretive KPI insights to Operations Management, manage cost centers and forecasts, and uphold internal controls. You will also drive process improvements and ensure compliance with Corporate Finance guidelines. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or professional accountancy qualification.
• 5+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to simplify complex matters into easy to understand dialogue with business partners.
• Strong communication skills to establish trust and credibility.
• Fluency in French and English.
• MS Office applications (Excel & PPT) and ERP systems (ideally SAP FICO).
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Being a team player.

Aufgaben

• Provide business support to the local operations manager to ensure compliance.
• Serve as a member of the Site Operations Management Team enabling full finance integration into operations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives at a site level and challenge business decisions.
• Report directly to the Regional Operations Controller for EMEA, based in Vernier.
• Push investment validation and follow-up to stay within scope and budget.
• Manage the annual budget process on site and standard product costing.
• Offer cost modelling, forecasting, and KPI analyses to inform decisions.
• Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with Corporate guidelines.
