This role leads in-year delivery, budgeting, and forecast updates, while shaping the site’s cost optimization agenda and strategic planning with cross-functional teams. English fluency required; German is a plus; based on site in Thayngen.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Finance with a strong background in Controlling.
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.
• Mobility: role based in Thayngen factory.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with strong governance.
• Demonstrated capability to absorb new information and apply advanced techniques.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the Site Leadership Team to support financial objectives.
• Deliver in-year targets across cost, waste, and CAPEX, including site forecast.
• Drive long-term strategic planning (Masterplan, Network transformation, annual plan).
• Co-develop and implement cost-saving initiatives with Operations.
• Provide analytical support for production costs, OLE losses, and waste data.
• Manage month-end and year-end close, reporting, and accounting.
• Ensure robust on-site financial controls for inventory and fixed assets.
• Engage with the broader finance community to share best practices.
