Zusammenfassung

SHL Medical AG in Zug, Switzerland, is seeking a Site Controller to be the financial partner to the Head of Operations for the new manufacturing site. You will oversee COGS, OPEX, CAPEX, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while collaborating with site leadership to drive profitability and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in finance with manufacturing experience, strong SAP skills, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, including 3 years in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP, particularly analyzing production order variances.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Background in cost accounting, standard cost setting, and inventory valuation.

Aufgaben

• Act as financial partner to the Head of Operations for the Zug site.
• Oversee COGS, operating expenses, facility costs, CAPEX, budgeting, forecasting.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting on manufacturing performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for Swiss operations.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and identify efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with global FP&A and site leadership to standardize processes.
• Support cost accounting and product costing initiatives.
• Lead cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.
