Zusammenfassung

SHL Medical in Zug, Switzerland, seeks a Site Controller to act as the financial partner to the Head of Operations for the new manufacturing site. You will oversee COGS, operating expenses, facility costs, CAPEX, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support decision-making.

Deliver monthly reporting on manufacturing performance, drive cost optimization, and collaborate with Finance, Operations and global partners to standardize product costing and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• Experience with SAP and analyzing production order variances is required.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, analysis and business partnering skills.
• Extensive cost accounting knowledge including standard costing and inventory valuation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with data translated into insights.
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Head of Operations to optimize profitability and cost performance.
• Deliver monthly financial analysis, insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Develop and discuss monthly financial reporting on manufacturing performance (COGS, Opex, productivity, material costs).
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for Swiss Operations and Facility organizations.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Support CAPEX planning, tracking and reporting for Operations and Facilities.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners across global sites to standardize costing and reporting.
• Drive cost optimization and process improvements through cross‑functional partnerships.
