Richemont in Bellevue, Switzerland, seeks a Finance Controller to support a strategic project harmonizing manufacturing cost accounting across F&A Maisons. You will help optimize processes, implement common standards, and improve accuracy of reporting.

Reporting to the Head of F&A Manufacturing Controlling, you will perform gap analyses, KPI definition, and variance analysis, with international travel. Fluent in French and English; 3–5 years in controlling and knowledge of SAP/Anaplan are

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Control or similar.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in controlling, audit, project finance, or similar in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); SAP and Anaplan knowledge preferred.

Aufgaben

• Participation in gap analysis with F&A teams to harmonize practices and standards.
• Support project definition and implementation: communicate accounting changes and budget/forecasting.
• Define and monitor KPIs; conduct benchmarking and challenge performance.
• Change management support including documenting new practices and training.
