Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or basic coding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Production: time studies, build Bills of Labor, and set labor rates.
• Design & Layout: CAD drawings for workstations, plant layouts, and material flow systems.
• Drive Efficiency: build kanban systems, develop operator work instructions, and automate processes.
• Analyze & Improve: cost analysis, root-cause problem solving, and testing.
