Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Tech to optimize production on the shop floor. You will conduct time studies, design layouts, and build labor systems to improve safety, throughput, and quality.

You’ll create CAD drawings for workstations and plant layouts, implement kanban systems, and develop clear work instructions. Ideal candidates have CAD proficiency, strong problem-solving, and leadership abilities, with manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (Associate or Bachelor’s) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or basic coding is a plus

Are you a proactive engineer who loves optimizing processes and solving problems on the shop floor? We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Tech for our client in Berne, IN, driving efficiency, safety, and quality across plant operations.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Layout: Create CAD drawings for workstations, plant layouts, and material flow systems.




• Drive Efficiency: Build kanban systems, write clear operator work instructions, and automate processes to improve safety and throughput.

What We’re Looking For
