Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Tech for a client in Berne, Switzerland. You will optimize production, design workstation layouts, and drive safety and quality across plant operations.

The ideal candidate holds an industrial/manufacturing engineering degree (associate or bachelor) or equivalent experience, with CAD proficiency and strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in manufacturing and familiarity with Power BI or SQL is a plus.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (Associate or Bachelor’s) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or basic coding is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize Production: Conduct time studies, build Bills of Labor, and set labor rates.
• Design & Layout: Create CAD drawings for workstations, plant layouts, and material flow systems.
• Drive Efficiency: Build kanban systems, write clear operator work instructions, and automate processes to improve safety and throughput.
• Analyze & Improve: Perform cost analysis, root-cause problem solving, and material/equipment testing.

Are you a proactive engineer who loves optimizing processes and solving problems on the shop floor? We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Tech for our client in Berne, IN, driving efficiency, safety, and quality across plant operations.

What You’ll Do

• Optimize Production: Conduct time studies, build Bills of Labor, and set labor rates.

• Design & Layout: Create CAD drawings for workstations, plant layouts, and material flow systems.

• Drive Efficiency: Build kanban systems, write clear operator work instructions, and automate processes to improve safety and throughput.

• Analyze & Improve: Perform cost analysis, root-cause problem solving, and material/equipment testing.

What We’re Looking For
