Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Tech to optimize production, design workstation layouts, and drive efficiency on the shop floor. You will conduct time studies, build labor-related models, and prepare clear work instructions to improve safety and throughput.

The role requires CAD proficiency, strong problem-solving and leadership skills, and experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Power BI/SQL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in industrial/manufacturing engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with CAD software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Production: time studies, Bills of Labor, and labor rates.
• Design & Layout: CAD drawings for workstations, plant layouts, and material flow systems.
• Drive Efficiency: implement kanban systems, write operator work instructions, and automate processes for safety and throughput.
• Analyze & Improve: cost analysis, root-cause problem solving, and tests on materials/equipment.
