Job summary

Clearwave Fiber is seeking a seasoned Residential Sales Executive II – Travel Team (RSE-2) to drive fiber growth across select markets. The role combines remote work with extensive travel and a monthly quota of 35 installed units, demanding high activity and results.

You will operate in 12-state coverage, manage pipelines, and collaborate with the Travel Team Manager to maximize territory penetration while representing the company professionally and delivering top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful door-to-door telecommunications sales experience.
• Residential fiber, broadband, or related direct-sales experience.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed a monthly quota of 35 installed units.
• Conduct high-volume residential door-to-door prospecting within FDAs and New Market Expansion territories.
• Generate new customers through discovery, product presentation, objection handling, and closing.
• Drive fiber penetration and maintain a strong sales pipeline across deployments.
