• Previous sales management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in computer software skills.
• Approximately 50% travel (overnight) required; ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute annual regional sales plans and meet targets.
• Manage region and monitor sales trends, competition, and improvements.
• Lead and coach Manufacturer’s Reps and wholesalers.
• Set performance goals and provide training and support.
• Reassign territory coverage and deliver training as needed.
• Support major account growth and channel partner development.
• Participate in trade shows and strategic sales planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams on process improvements and project execution.
• Crosstrain team members on sales and customer processes.
• Apply Quick Response Manufacturing principles to improve workflow and quality.
• Maintain relationships with reps, distributors, and internal sales teams.

Ausbildung
