Chain IQ is seeking a senior professional to shape and enable successful client onboarding programs. You will translate client requirements and procurement scope into practical, scalable onboarding setups, acting as a key interface across transition management, procurement, and technology.

With strong procurement expertise and the ability to align stakeholders, you will drive disciplined execution in complex, fast-moving environments and contribute to continuous improvement of Chain IQ's

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business, procurement, supply chain or related discipline.
• Strong experience in procurement, sourcing, transformation, or managed services.
• Understanding of indirect procurement operating models and Source-to-Contract processes.
• Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical deliverables.

Aufgaben

• Lead a workstream and coordinate activities during client onboardings.
• Translate client requirements and commitments into transition deliverables.
• Provide leadership across cross-functional teams with clear ownership and disciplined execution.
• Contribute to onboarding charters, governance inputs, milestones, roles, and readiness criteria from a procurement perspective.
• Facilitate discussions with internal and client stakeholders to clarify requirements and risks.
• Document key solution decisions and align with transition governance and timelines.
• Support go-live readiness and handover into steady-state operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Chain IQ's transition methodology.
