Role Purpose

As a senior member of our Transition & Transformation Excellence team, you will play a key role in shaping and enabling successful client onboarding programs. You will support the translation of client requirements, contractual scope, and procurement operating model considerations into a practical and scalable onboarding setup. Acting as a key interface between transition management, procurement, client engagement, technology, and specialist functions, you will help ensure that onboarding programs are executed with clear ownership, strong stakeholder alignment, and consistent delivery quality. The role requires strong procurement expertise, sound business judgement, and the ability to create clarity in complex, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a workstream and coordinate related activities during client onboardings.
• Translate client requirements and commercial commitments into clear transition deliverables.
• Provide leadership across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and disciplined execution without necessarily relying on formal reporting lines.
• Support the development of onboarding charters, governance inputs, milestones, roles, decision points, and readiness criteria from a procurement solution perspective. Provide subject matter input and guidance on procurement solution topics, ensuring that decisions are pragmatic, scalable, and aligned with Chain IQ delivery standards.
• Facilitate discussions with internal and client stakeholders to clarify requirements, dependencies, risks, and decision points.
• Ensure that key solution decisions are documented and aligned with transition governance, timelines, and readiness milestones.
• Support go-live readiness and handover into steady-state operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Chain IQ's transition methodology, playbooks, templates, and reusable delivery standards.

Your Profile

You are a senior professional with strong experience in procurement, sourcing, transformation, managed services, or consulting. You are comfortable operating in complex client environments and can connect strategic direction with practical delivery requirements.

You bring strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to align multiple stakeholders around a common solution. You are structured, pragmatic, and able to create clarity where requirements are still evolving.

Required Experience and Skills

• A degree in business, procurement, supply chain, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in procurement, sourcing, procurement operations, transformation, consulting, or managed services.
• Good understanding of indirect procurement operating models and Source-to-Contract processes.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive decisions in complex environments.
• Proven ability to work across functions and align stakeholders around shared objectives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical and actionable deliverables.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of client service delivery models.
• Structured, pragmatic, and delivery-oriented working style.
• Confidence in engaging with senior internal and client stakeholders.
• Familiarity with procurement technology, analytics, or digital procurement solutions is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required, additional languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with procurement technology, analytics, digital procurement solutions, or AI-enabled procurement tools is beneficial.
