On is seeking a Lead Procurement Excellence to build and scale our Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) and drive maturity across the global procurement organization. You will partner with Indirect Procurement teams to identify synergies, standardize policies, and implement best practices while owning procurement technology.

The role reports to the Head of Distribution & Logistics Procurement in Zürich and collaborates with Finance, IT, and Legal to align global goals.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in procurement excellence, category management, or project management.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with data-driven business cases.
• Strong ability to influence diverse global teams and executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on with procurement tools (Coupa/Ariba) and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Define and lead the roadmap for Procurement Excellence and CoE.
• Identify cross-functional cost-saving opportunities across Indirect Procurement teams.
• Standardize policies, SOPs, and reporting for visibility and accountability.
• Establish and champion best-in-class sourcing templates, playbooks, and contract standards.
• Own procurement technology like Ariba or Coupa, driving adoption and automation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings with Finance, IT, and Legal for global alignment.
• Own the KPI dashboard and provide ad-hoc reporting for leadership.
• Drive change management and training on procurement tools and processes.
• Seek continuous improvement for sustainable cost savings and data-driven business cases.
