You will design portfolios and operating models for transformation offerings while building a high-performing, distributed team and maintaining executive-level relationships.

In this role you will oversee large-scale programs, identify new growth opportunities, and align business and technology priorities.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in consulting, procurement, or transformation leadership.
• Expert in procurement strategy, operating models, and transformation programs.
• Proven track record leading teams and international programs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, including executives.
• Experience scaling new services or business areas.
• Strong commercial acumen linking strategy to revenue and value.
• Understanding of digital tech, data analytics, AI in business.
• Fluent in English and German; other languages a plus.
