HSBC Global Services Limited in France is seeking a Transaction Risk Senior Manager to lead risk identification, assessment and mitigation for the Receivable Finance portfolio in Continental Europe, focusing on Germany, with emphasis on credit, operational, collateral and fraud risk.

You will monitor trends, produce risk reports, underwrite new opportunities, manage buyer credit risk, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborate with GTS teams to implement strong risk controls.

Qualifikationen

• Receivables Finance or Trade Finance experience.
• Relationship Management and/or Risk experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of the regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Ability to understand and interpret financial information.
• Basic understanding of Europe Insolvency Law.
• Fluency in both spoken and written French and English (German skills a plus).

Aufgaben

• Identify and mitigate transaction risk for Commercial clients in RF portfolio Europe.
• Produce risk reports and support risk committee decks.
• Underwrite new credit opportunities and renewals.
• Manage buyer credit risk and related Trade Credit Insurances policies.
• Review seller undertakings and ensure risk mitigation is implemented.
• Collaborate with GTS Client Management, Sales and Risk functions.
• Ensure adherence to HSBC policies and regulatory requirements.
