Trafigura in Geneva is seeking a Senior Investigations Officer to lead internal and external fraud investigations, assess financial misconduct, and strengthen the control environment across the group. You will partner with Legal, HR, IT and Finance to gather evidence, manage investigations end-to-end, and deliver timely, proportionate findings.

The role requires deep forensic accounting knowledge, mastery of investigation methodologies, and the ability to coordinate across overseas operations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate investigations or anti-fraud assessments.
• Expert knowledge of investigative methodologies and fraud detection techniques.
• Experience leading Ethics & Compliance fieldwork across multiple jurisdictions.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex investigations into suspected internal and external fraud and misconduct.
• Interview witnesses, gather statements, and document findings.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports for senior stakeholders.
• Present results to compliance, senior management and legal counsel.
• Support resource prioritization and reporting to Board sub-committees.
