Deutsche Bank in Geneva seeks a Risk Specialist within Wealth Management to support credit risk across private banking products. You will collaborate with Lending teams and Client Advisors to structure transactions, assess collateral values, and ensure diligence in risk mitigation.

The role emphasizes strong communication with senior management and proficiency in evaluating complex assets (Private Equity, Real Estate, Hedge Funds) within a global wealth management context.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in Credit Risk.
• Good understanding of illiquid investments and their risk drivers.
• Experience with credit analysis and valuation methodologies (DCF, Comparable/Multiple).
• Fluent in English; French/German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Work with front office Lending and Client Advisors to structure non-standard transactions and document risk mitigations.
• Analyze and approve credit risk of structured transactions across cash, derivatives, and securities; inclusive of private equity/real estate assets.
• Assess collateral values for structured notes and alternative assets with risk implications.
• Monitor a sub-portfolio of counterparty names in Risk Management Wealth Management EMEA.
• Handle daily Lending Value shortfalls and coordinate with front office on remediation.
• Communicate risk analysis and approval conditions transparently to stakeholders.
• Contribute to ongoing risk management projects within Wealth Management.
• Apply four‑eye principle for credit authority where appropriate.
