Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager (m/f/d) to join the Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG). You will work with Managing Directors on financial analysis, due diligence and deal processes across Germany, Europe, and globally.

The role combines operational and commercial exposure within cross-functional teams. The position requires deep experience in Transaction Advisory from a Big 4 background, strong academics, and fluent German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Experience contributing to Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) projects
• Strong academic record with a degree from a leading university or equivalent
• Well-developed stakeholder management skills including managing key client relationships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Native or fluent German and English; additional language skills are advantageous

• Manage multiple Transaction Advisory engagements across Europe
• Use financial analysis to assess key drivers and valuation considerations in transactions
• Collaborate with operational and commercial professionals in project teams
• Gain exposure to Managing Directors and leverage their deal experience
• Participate in business development, marketing and networking activities
