Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Talent Partner for a fixed-term contract based in Switzerland. You will act as a strategic HR partner, supporting leaders and employees across the full lifecycle, with a focus on talent acquisition, development and AI-driven HR innovation.

In a fast-paced international environment, you will coach managers, optimize recruitment processes, and help modernize HR operations through automation while maintaining a strong emphasis on employee experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR with talent acquisition and HR business partnering experience.
• Experience advising, coaching and supporting managers in complex HR situations.
• Experience in international or multi-country environments with diverse cultures.
• Business-fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner and trusted advisor across departments.
• Support managers with recruitment, role definition, interviews, evaluation and offers.
• Empower hiring managers to own recruitment with efficient processes and guidance.
• Coach leaders to develop management capabilities and role models.
• Advise on complex employee relations, performance management and exits.
• Provide People and Culture support across recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and automation in HR operations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/automation to optimize HR processes.
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices.
