Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its Switzerland team in a hybrid role. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client accounts, build trusted relationships with hiring managers, and develop sourcing strategies to deliver top talent across industries.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, travel to client sites across Switzerland, and provide consultative support on recruitment strategy and market insights. Fluent English is required.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Recruiter to join a growing recruitment team supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across Switzerland. This is a highly visible role that combines recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and client partnership, with responsibility for delivering exceptional talent solutions across multiple industries and locations.

Working in a hybrid environment, you will partner closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders, managing recruitment activity from end-to-end while regularly visiting client sites throughout Switzerland. This position is ideal for a recruitment professional who enjoys building strong relationships, travelling to meet clients, and operating as a trusted talent advisor in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Description

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment services across multiple client accounts and locations. You will manage the full hiring lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, and provide consultative recruitment support to clients and hiring managers.

You will play a key role in understanding workforce needs, market trends, and talent availability while ensuring an outstanding candidate and client experience.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple client accounts, functions, and locations throughout Switzerland.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategy and market insights.
• Source, attract, assess, and engage high-calibre candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping activities.
• Travel regularly to client sites across Switzerland to support hiring initiatives, workforce planning discussions, interview processes, and stakeholder meetings.

Essential

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner, or Recruitment Consultant managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder and client management experience with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Experience recruiting across multiple locations, business functions, and levels of seniority within a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Switzerland to support client needs and business requirements.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting across multiple industries, including technology, engineering, manufacturing, life sciences, professional services, or financial services.
• Additional language skills, including German and/or French.
• Experience working within an RPO, MSP, agency, or outsourced recruitment environment.
• Knowledge of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence tools, and recruitment analytics.
