Randstad Switzerland is expanding its MSP partnership and seeking a Senior Sourcing Recruiter to source top talent for a global client. This role supports contingent workforce delivery and works across Visp and Basel/Stein in a hybrid setup.

You will conduct intake calls, source and screen candidates, collaborate with Talent Advisors, and run phone or video screenings. The ideal candidate speaks German and English and brings autonomous, proactive recruitment experience and strong communication

Aufgaben

MSP Senior Sourcing Recruiter

Location: Switzerland (Hybrid - Visp & Basel/Stein)

The Opportunity: We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our partnership with one of our global clients in Switzerland. Having successfully managed their RPO (Permanent Hiring), we have now been awarded the MSP (Contingent Workforce) contract to deliver a truly Integrated Talent solution. We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sourcing Recruiter to source the best talent for us.

What you will do:

• Conducting intake/briefing calls - collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to understand the requirements of each open role
• Source & screen for the best talent & find the best - able to adapt sourcing techniques to different roles and be able to source using various channels
• Work very closely with Talent advisors to find the best candidates for the open positions
• Conducting phone or video screening calls
• Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
• Attending weekly calls/catch ups with the hiring managers to share updates regarding the sourcing process

• Sourcing/recruitment experience
• Have an autonomous, proactive, and self motivated attitude
• Good communication skills
• Motivation and willingness to learn and tackle challenges
• Proficiency in both German and English
