Zusammenfassung

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG invites an experienced HR Business Partner to drive people strategy for the new hotel in Andermatt. You will partner with the leadership team on people management topics and shape team structures.

You will manage performance calibration, succession planning, and translate people metrics into actionable insights while handling employee relations and leading organizational change. Leading the pre-opening HR setup and policy development completes the role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree in HR preferred.
• At least 7 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in business partnering.
• Fluent English and good German.
• Other languages are a plus.

• Strategic advice and coaching for the leadership team on all people management topics
• Refinement of team structures and leadership of workforce planning
• Management of performance calibration and succession planning
• Analysis of people metrics and translation into effective actions
• Handling of employee relations cases from investigation to resolution
• Primary point of contact during organizational change
• Set-up of the pre-opening organization and recruitment of all positions together with the Talent Acquisition team
• Development of HR policies as well as onboarding and training programs for the new hotel
