Entirely is an international group building the next generation of AI-native marketing and seeks a senior P&O leader to oversee HR for an IT organization of 300–400 employees. The role blends global P&O leadership with hands-on HR Business Partner work to support a diverse, international workforce.

Based in Germany/Switzerland options include Baar; travel up to 30%. You will develop HR processes, advise senior leaders, manage employee relations, and drive talent and performance initiatives

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, such as Head of HR, HR Director or Senior HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience leading an international HR team.
• Ideally experience in the IT, software or technology sector.
• Hands-on, pragmatic and business-oriented approach.
• Fluent German and English.
• Willing to travel 30%.

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on P&O leader to take overall HR responsibility for an international IT organization of approximately 300–400 employees. This role combines global P&O leadership (around 50%) with hands‑on HR Business Partner work (around 50%).

Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, such as Head of HR, HR Director or Senior HR Business Partner
• Proven experience leading an international HR team
• Ideally, experience in the IT, software or technology sector
• A hands‑on, pragmatic and business‑oriented approach
• Fluent German and English
• Willing to travel 30 %
