Cloud Software Group seeks a Principal Strategic Partner Manager to own and grow its most critical partner relationships, defining joint business plans and GTM priorities to drive customer adoption through top partners and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with growth priorities.

You will be the senior liaison to strategic partners, overseeing long-term strategy, annual plans, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and marketing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of partner management or GTM leadership experience.
• Knowledge of the global IT software industry and market dynamics.
• Experience developing and executing joint GTM strategies with partners.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end business performance of assigned strategic partners and GTM execution.
• Define, execute, and be accountable for joint AOPs and long-term partner strategies.
• Embed Citrix priorities into partner plans and translate into executable sales plays.
• Coordinate partner enablement, technical readiness, and cross-functional alignment.
• Serve as senior executive interface between strategic partners and Citrix leadership.
• Collaborate with global partner programs, distribution, and internal units to improve partner experience.
• Define joint account strategies with GTM leadership and identify priority opportunities.
• Provide actionable partner feedback to influence program design and operating-model improvements.
