Zusammenfassung

Clayground.ai is seeking a GTM Consultant/Engineer to bridge sales strategy and technical execution. You will own the full project lifecycle from an initial workshop through ongoing optimization, including ICP definition, campaign setup, and client onboarding.

The role involves building GTM infrastructure, data preparation, and CRM automation to drive measurable results for diverse clients in the DACH region.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience as a GTM Consultant/Engineer, ideally at a tech agency or SaaS company.
• Experience end-to-end on client projects from ICP definition to reporting on campaigns.
• Familiarity with GTM tools like Clay and Instantly.
• Fluent in English and German, based in a European time zone.

Aufgaben

• Own the full project lifecycle from initial workshop and KPI definition to optimization.
• Conduct client onboarding from ICP definition to project setup.
• Build and operate GTM infrastructure: lead sourcing, data prep, workflows, CRM setup and automation.
• Onboard clients to the Tricle AI platform and ensure smooth adoption.
• Drive campaign results: ideation, messaging, A/B testing, and iteration.
• Advise on CRM setup, data enrichment, and workflow automation.
