Job summary

Geistlich Group in Switzerland is seeking a Senior Project Manager Medical Devices to lead complex development programs from concept through design transfer to market readiness. You will coordinate across R&D, Process Development, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to bring innovative ideas into successful products.

This role offers ownership and high visibility in an international setting.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams in regulated industries.
5+ years of project management in Medical Devices or Life Sciences.
Hands-on experience with Design Controls from user needs through design transfer.
Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, 14971, FDA and/or EU MDR requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead complex medical device development and line extension projects from concept to market readiness.
Own timelines, budgets, resources, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment with project reporting.
Lead cross-functional teams, drive decisions and project governance.
Ensure compliance with Design Controls and applicable quality / regulatory requirements.
Coordinate design planning, V&V, risk management, manufacturing transfer and scale-up.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and critical issues.
