Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams in regulated industries.
• 5+ years of project management experience in Medical Devices, Life Sciences or other highly regulated industries.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional product development projects.
• Hands-on experience with Design Controls from user needs through design transfer.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, FDA and/or EU MDR requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex medical device development projects from concept through market readiness.
• Own timelines, budgets, resources, risks, deliverables, stakeholder alignment and project reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams, drive decisions and project governance.
• Ensure compliance with Design Controls and applicable quality/regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate design planning, V&V, risk management, manufacturing transfer and scale up.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and critical issues.
