Job summary

Medacta International in Switzerland is seeking a Group Product Manager to oversee a product portfolio, drive lifecycle management from development to launch, and shape marketing strategies.

You will analyze market trends, work with R&D, Sales and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant development and commercialization, and engage with customers and key opinion leaders to gather insights for product improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• 2–3 years in product management, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven track record in lifecycle management of medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of medical device technologies and clinical environments.
• Experience collaborating with R&D and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of products within the assigned portfolio from development to launch.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for product promotion.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform development.
• Plan and manage product launches within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales and Regulatory teams to ensure development and commercialization.
• Engage with customers and KOLs to gather insights.
