MSC Cruises is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Geneva for a six-month assignment. The role focuses on translating business needs into sourcing strategies, building pipelines, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle across brands and geographies.

You will partner with HR and hiring managers, conduct proactive searches via LinkedIn Recruiter, and maintain candidate records within the ATS while delivering a superior candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience in agency recruitment, talent sourcing, talent acquisition, or executive search.
• Ability to identify, approach and qualify passive candidates including hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to understand a position beyond its job description and impact.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment projects with attention to detail.
• Proven track record of effective sourcing and strong HR partner relationships.
• Strong candidate engagement and clear, credible communication.

Aufgaben

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Source, screen, interview and assess candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, talent pools and direct search.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing and sourcing strategy to selection, offers and onboarding handover.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activity and reporting within the ATS.
• Deliver best-in-class candidate experience with timely feedback and professional MSC Cruises representation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support employer branding and market presence.
• Stay up to date on hiring trends, AI and labor market conditions.
