GRC Global River Cruises GmbH, part of The Travel Corporation, seeks an experienced Head of IT to lead and shape our IT function across Europe and onboard systems.

You will manage a small team of three plus external partners, steer IT strategy, budgets, contracts, and security, and travel to ships for hands-on collaboration. This is a leadership role in a fast-growing SME within the hospitality tech space.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of IT management or IT project leadership experience.
• Experience in steering external providers, budgets and projects.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial and communicative with solid technical understanding.
• Experience in an SME or international environment is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Ensure a stable, secure and economical IT infrastructure serving internal users and onboard luxury experiences.
• Lead and further develop the IT team (currently 3 people) and external partners.
• Own and drive the IT strategy in alignment with group frameworks.
• Identify opportunities, drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Steer external service providers, contracts and SLAs, keeping IT operations secure and cost-efficient.
• Prioritize and steer IT projects across international sites.
• Interface for stakeholders and management.
• Manage the IT budget and advise on IT and digitalisation.
• Ensure information security, data protection and compliance.
