GRC Global River Cruises GmbH, based in Rheinfelden, Switzerland, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support managers and staff across our international organization.

You will advise on performance, misconduct, and workplace conflicts; update policies; coordinate investigations; and help ensure fair, confidential, and consistent resolutions in a multicultural and multilingual environment.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive knowledge of employee relations and workplace policies.
• Experience handling complaints, grievances and investigations.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice on sensitive matters.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality, fairness and consistency.
• Proven experience developing People & Culture policies and guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with competing deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience in international and multicultural environments.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Act as first point of contact for managers and employees on employee relations.
• Advise managers on performance concerns, misconduct and conflicts.
• Maintain and update People & Culture policies and handbooks.
• Communicate and implement new policies across the organization.
• Receive and manage employee concerns, including harassment or discrimination.
• Coordinate and conduct investigations with proper documentation.
• Ensure fair resolutions with appropriate actions.
