Qualifikationen

• Degree in life science.
• Experience with CHO cell culture, gene integration techniques, transfections, AMBR, STR, scale‑up, DOE, IgG production.
• Experience with IgG purification techniques, UF/DF, viral clearance studies, formulation studies, scale‑up.
• Experience with pilot scale cell culture using pilot scale equipment, single‑use systems, scale‑up, process consistency, process control strategy.
• Experience with analytical development: protein chemistry analytical methods (e.g. LC/MS, HPLC), biomolecular methods (e.g. Real Time PCR), bioanalytical methods (e.g. SPR).
• Fluent in English is must / German would be nice to have.

Aufgaben

• Experimental work: execute experimental lab work according to defined expectations and schedule.
• Generate and collect high quality data.
• Collaborate with individual scientists and lab technicians.
• Lab management: contribute to the maintenance and qualification of lab equipment.
• Actively participate to the establishment of working instructions for lab equipment.
• Ensure appropriate maintenance of the workplace.
• Order raw materials and consumables as per project needs.
• Share and implement best practices for lab and equipment management.
• Facilitate improvements to departmental business processes.
• Report issues in a timely fashion.
• Demonstrate flexibility to support other activities within the department.
• Proactive approach to own continuous professional development.
