Zusammenfassung

Lonza in Visp, Switzerland, is seeking a Laboratory Technician (all genders) to join its analytical Quality Control laboratory. You will perform routine analyses of biopharmaceuticals using HPLC and capillary electrophoresis, contributing to a dynamic GMP-regulated environment.

Work will involve operating SOPs, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with an international team while developing expertise and taking ownership of projects. English fluency is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Apprenticeship as laboratory technician, CTA, or BSc in Chemistry/Biochemistry or similar education.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC is highly preferred.
• Work experience in a GMP environment in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English; German is an additional advantage.

Aufgaben

• Perform analytical methods in line with SOPs, GMP and safety rules, focusing on HPLC analyses.
• Carry out practical laboratory work and craft details of results and work instructions.
• Support laboratory maintenance and equipment responsibility; ensure the lab is clean and tidy.
• Maintain close cooperation with shift workers.
