Lonza Schweiz in Switzerland seeks a life science professional to perform experimental lab work, generate high-quality data, and collaborate with scientists and technicians in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to lab equipment maintenance, establish working instructions, order materials, and help optimize departmental processes while pursuing continuous professional development; English fluency is essential, German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in life science.
• Experience with CHO cell culture, gene integration techniques, transfections, AMBR, STR, scale‑up, DOE, IgG production.
• Experience with IgG purification techniques, UF/DF, viral clearance studies, formulation studies, scale‑up.
• Experience with pilot scale cell culture using pilot scale equipment, single‑use systems, scale‑up, process consistency, process control strategy.
• Experience with analytical development: protein chemistry analytical methods (e.g. LC/MS, HPLC), biomolecular methods (e.g. Real Time PCR), bioanalytical methods (e.g. SPR).
• Fluent in English is must / German would be nice to have.
