Zusammenfassung

Lonza in Visp, Switzerland, is looking for an Operator/Biotechnologist (m/f/d) to contribute to the manufacture of biopharmaceutical products in a fully site-based setting. You will work across multiple processes, maintain records, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role supports onboarding of new colleagues and continuous improvement initiatives, with relocation assistance available for eligible candidates. Fluency in English is required, German is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Education in biotechnology, biopharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or a related life sciences discipline.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and cGMP principles.
• Ability to identify and resolve process-related issues in a compliant manner.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the manufacture of biopharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cGMP requirements.
• Execute production operations across different manufacturing processes, including documentation and process-related calculations.
• Identify, investigate, and help resolve process deviations to support continuous manufacturing excellence.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate production records and support regulatory and quality standards.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement activities that enhance operational performance, safety, and product quality.
