Job summary

DHL Express in Regensdorf is seeking a 100% Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to start 01 January 2027 or as agreed. The role focuses on gaining, maintaining and growing profitable business within targeted industry segments by managing 8–10 key accounts and driving strategic plans.

You will negotiate contracts, build strong customer relationships and apply your logistics sales experience to deliver competitive advantages. Fluent German and English are required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in logistics is mandatory.
• Fluency in German with excellent English; French is a plus.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage 8–10 Key Accounts within targeted segments.
• Develop and implement business plans aligned to the industry sales strategy.
• Lead contract negotiations to secure long‑term relationships.
• Understand customers' transportation and supply chain needs to identify solutions.
