DHL Express (Schweiz) AG in Regensdorf is seeking a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) 100% to gain, maintain and grow profitable business within targeted industry segments. You will own 8–10 key accounts and drive strategic plans.

You will negotiate contracts, understand customer transportation needs, and build strong relationships with senior decision makers. Fluency in German and English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Sales background (3-5 years) in logistics is mandatory.
• Native or fluent German with excellent English; French is a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills, both written and oral.
• Confident in dealing with senior decision makers.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Ability to develop business plans and manage multiple key accounts.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of and manage 8-10 Key Accounts.
• Develop and implement business plans aligned to the Industry Sales Plan.
• Engage in contract negotiations to build strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer transportation and supply chain and identify competitive solutions.
• Ensure professional implementation of contracts.
• Share account knowledge and plans with key stakeholders.
• Proactively communicate with functional experts to minimise diversionary activity.
