Job summary

DHL Express Regensdorf is seeking a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) 100% to own, maintain and grow 8–10 major accounts within targeted industry segments. You will develop business plans aligned to the Industry Sales Plan and lead contract negotiations.

Fluent German and strong English are required; French is a plus. A sales background in logistics (3–5 years) and excellent presentation and negotiation skills are essential to build long-lasting customer relationships.

• Ensure professional implementation of contracts.
• Share account knowledge and plans with key stakeholders.
