HCLTech in Zürich, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Engineer to manage and advance local IT services support. You will handle day-to-day incidents and requests, while coordinating with Infrastructure operations and service owners to uphold SLAs and security standards.

Role involves improving service quality, contributing to IT compliance, and limited participation in Infra development. Some site-based duty rotation within two hours from base may be required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct support operations on day-to-day basis.
• Maintain SLOs, security and compliance in collaboration with operations teams.
• Manage service operations for local and legacy services with service owners.
• Strive for continuous improvement of service and support operations.
• Participate in IT Compliance development for own area (Senior Engineer).
• Participate in Infra development within own area of expertise (Senior Engineer).
• Coordinate business integration and deployment of standard IT services with local users.
• Engage in Duty Ring at sites within two hours of home base where applicable.
