Zusammenfassung

Gi Group seeks an ICT Service Management Specialist for a permanent role in Basel or Zurich with optional home office. You will ensure the availability, performance and quality of IT services and coordinate lifecycle activities across internal and external IT partners.

You will act as Product Owner for the systems team, collaborating with test management and DevOps engineers while pursuing optimization and automation of IT platforms. Strong ITSM experience is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in IT service management (ITSM) and operation of business-critical systems.
• Completed studies or further training in computer science or business informatics.
• Several years in a comparable ICT service management role.

• Ensuring availability, performance and quality of basic IT services and coordinating lifecycle activities.
• Management and coordination of external IT partners in the infrastructure environment.
• Product Owner for the systems team, shaping projects with test management and DevOps teams.
