Zusammenfassung

SwissPeak Partners GmbH is recruiting a Senior IT Support Engineer to deliver reliable technical support in an international setting. You will resolve complex Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking issues, work directly with executives, and collaborate with IT teams to keep workplace technology running smoothly.

You will support meeting room tech and collaboration tools, deploy devices, and manage endpoint configurations with Intune and SCCM/MECM.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years of IT support experience with Level 2/3 responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows environments and desktop troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID and endpoint management tools like Intune or SCCM/MECM.
• Familiarity with VPNs, DNS, DHCP, wireless connectivity and secure authentication.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and incident prioritization.
• Excellent communication, customer focus and ability to manage multiple requests.
• Fluent English; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to commute to workplace five days per week and valid work authorization.
• Experience supporting VIP users and multinational organizations is advantageous.
• Certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL or CompTIA are welcome.

Aufgaben

• Provide Level 2 and 3 support for Windows desktops, laptops, and devices.
• Resolve hardware/software, Microsoft 365, connectivity and remote access issues.
• Support executives and business-critical users with prompt, efficient service.
• Assist meeting room tech and collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex).
• Prepare and deploy devices, manage workstation changes, onboarding and offboarding.
• Configure endpoints with Intune, SCCM/MECM for software deployment and security.
• Troubleshoot user accounts and access in Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Manage incidents in an ITSM system and communicate status to users.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, network and security teams for complex incidents.
• Maintain accurate inventories and document technical processes for improvements.
