SIX Group Services Ltd. in Zurich is seeking an IT Workplace Support Specialist to provide hands-on Level2 onsite support for Windows 11 and standard workplace services.

This 100% onsite role focuses on reliable IT services at the Zurich site and partnering with central IT teams and external partners. You will handle incidents, manage device rollouts, support Microsoft 365, AD/Azure AD, Intune, and collaborate on lifecycle management, documentation, and workplace standardization.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4+ years of onsite IT support in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on skills in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with hardware deployment and device management.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory / Azure AD and basic Intune tasks.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN) for onsite troubleshooting.
• Experience with ticketing systems, asset processes and SLA-oriented work.
• High service orientation, reliability, and clear communication; German fluent; good English for docs.
• ITIL Foundation or comparable certification.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite 2nd level support (and 1st level backup when needed) for Windows 11 and standard workplace services.
• Handle incidents and service requests via ITSM and coordinate escalations.
• Install, replace, and troubleshoot end-user devices (laptops, monitors, docking stations, peripherals).
• Support Microsoft 365, AD/Azure AD user and access management.
• Operate printers, meeting rooms, and collaboration tech (Teams Rooms, video conferencing).
• Assist with Endpoint Management (Intune) for enrollment, compliance, and software assignments.
• Support workplace standardization and lifecycle management (devices, meeting rooms).
• Contribute to rollouts, pilots, and refresh cycles with central engineering teams.
