Swisslinx AG in Zürich seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst focusing on Compliance and Workflow Automation. You will analyse compliance IT workflows, gather requirements with stakeholders, and help design an automated solution for the Global CoI Register.

Ideal candidates have strong analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management skills, plus knowledge of BPMN, Flowable or ServiceNow and experience in regulated environments such as banking.

Formación

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar.
• Strong background in business analysis and requirements engineering.
• Understanding of compliance-related processes and IT workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and evaluate options for automating compliance-related IT workflows.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with the relevant Framework Owner.
• Support the design and conceptualisation of an automated workflow solution for the Global CoI Register.
• Ensure that proposed solutions address relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Act as the interface between business stakeholders, compliance functions and technical teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
