Job summary

Experis Switzerland in Zurich is seeking a Business Analyst to review the current CoI Register process and identify automation opportunities. You will gather and document requirements with the framework owner and translate regulatory needs into functional specs.

This contract-driven role covers IT workflow automation options (Flowable or ServiceNow) and requires strong communication in English; German is a plus. Start asap, 15.11.2026, until 31.01.2027, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a compliance or regulatory environment.
• Strong track record in gathering, structuring and documenting business requirements.
• Technical understanding of IT workflow and process automation solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken. German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the current CoI Register process and identify opportunities for automation.
• Explore and assess solution options for an automated IT workflow, e.g. Flowable or ServiceNow.
• Gather and document business requirements together with the framework owner.
• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Align stakeholders from Compliance, Business and IT on scope, priorities and approach.
• Prepare recommendations and documentation to support decision-making.
